"The Authority shall have the power to in co-ordination with the Radiocommunications Authority, monitor and enforce the use of Telecommunications Frequency in the Kingdom in accordance with the law and to ensure the efficient use thereof" Section 3 c11 of the Telecommunications Law

According to the Telecommunications Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain licensees and individuals can only use the spectrum after obtaining the appropriate spectrum license from the TRA.
