Guidelines on language of TRA documents
The TRA seeks to operate in both Arabic and English, and intends, as far as possible, to both issue and accept documents in either Arabic or English, as appropriate. In so far as documents are issued by the TRA in both languages, and despite the TRA’s best endeavors to have accurate versions of documents in both Arabic and English, it is possible that differences between the two language versions might occur. In such cases, and in the event of dispute, the TRA would refer to the original version that the document was issued in, rather than the translation thereof. If necessary, a new and more accurate translation would be issued in an attempt to remedy any difference between the original and translated versions.
