About Us - Board of Directors
Protecting the interests of subscribers and consumers in respect of quality of service is one of the major duties of the TRA as set in the telecommunications Law.
 
The TRA aims to maintain a reasonable level of quality of service delivered to customers in Bahrain, by monitoring key performance indicators (KPI) and meeting regularly with service providers to find ways of improving service.
 
In order to reach this aim, the TRA is in the process of consulting on the issue of (QoS). Once the consultation process ends, the TRA will publish under this section details on the areas monitored and the measurement process.
