Kindly note that the TRA has granted an extension to the deadline for submitting responses to the consultation.

1. On 10 May 2026, the Authority published a Decision Notice which included a  consultation on BNET’’s proposed alternative price adjustment plan for the 1 Gbps WBS Essential service. The Authority stated that the consultation period would run until 9 June 2026.
2. Following requests from stakeholders for an extension to the deadline, the Authority has agreed to extend the deadline for receipt of submissions to the consultation by two (2) weeks.
3. Responses to the consultation are now due on or before 16:00 on 23 June 2026.
